With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Marie Bailey (Port Colborne, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 4, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Bailey; her parents, Nelson Rodgers and Lulu Rodgers; and her siblings, Harold, George, Percy, Louie, Helen and Vera.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Bailey (Butch), Randy Bailey (Sandra), Lisa Kenny and Daryl Bailey; her grandchildren, Kristy (Kevin Refah), Kellen (Krista) and Evan; her great grandchildren, Corinne, Clara, Alexander and Ava; and her siblings, Gerry and Ronnie Rodgers.
