She was predeceased by: her husband Mario Forte; her parents, Innocenzo Ferrara and Raffaela Ferrara; and her siblings, Vittoria Giancola (Alesio), Renato Ferrara (Angela), Guglielmo Ferrara (Marietta), Archille Ferrara (Diletta), Doretta Cifelli (Enrico) and Ersilia DeFilippis (Antonio).
She is survived by: her children, Felice (Gail) of Toronto, Frank (Alison) of Calgary, Elsa McAllister (Rick) of Welland and Patricia Forte (Darlis) of Waterloo; and her grandchildren, Stacey Miller (Ryan), William, Katie Martin (Craig), Rob (Julia), Julian and Seaton.
