He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Benner and Shirley Benner. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael (Mary-Beth), Allan (Michelle) and Lisa Staton (Tom).
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Davidson Funeral Home (135 Clarence St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3G4). A memorial service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Davidson Chapel (135 Clarence St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3G4).
