We announce the death of Matthew Edwards of Port Colborne, Ontario, who passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 31. Matthew will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his uncle Craig Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, Adeline and Fredrick; his parents, Mark Edwards and Kim Edwards; his brother Dylan Edwards (Kaitlyn); his nephew Duke; his grandparents, Dennis, Suzanne Edwards, Darlene and John Warankie; his uncle Kirk Edwards (Sarah); his aunt Dawn McIntyre (John); his parents-in-law, Scott and Stacie MacPherson; his siblings-in-law, Laura Grano (late Stephen) and Abbey MacPherson (Carly); and his nephews, Anthony and Jonathan Grano.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (135 Clarence St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3G4). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
