He is survived by: his parents, Kevin and Kendall; his grandparents, Flo, Gary, Larry, Amber, Dave and Bev; his great-grandparents, Pat, Marylou, Bill and Dorothy; and his uncles, Alisha, Mac, Kourtney, Kevin and Andrew.
