He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthonius and Petronella; and his siblings, Art (Carol), Hank and Hermina.

He is survived by: his children, Dina Courage and Peter Gelok Jr.; his grandchildren, Justin, Lauren, Hana, Andrew, Kaylyn and Aiden; his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Jayden; his siblings, Anthony Jr. (Beth), Theresia Murtaugh (Rick) and Jeanette Mittlestead (Jim); and his sister-in-law Eva. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
