He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Selma; his children, Karen and Ron; his parents, Robert Buchholz and Klara Buchholz; and his brothers, Richard, Gerhard (Gerry) and Bruno.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Armstrong Funeral Home & Chapel (179 Clarence St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3G4). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Armstrong Chapel (179 Clarence St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3G4). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Overholt Cemetery.
