Richard Henry Madsen Obituary

We announce the death of Richard Henry Madsen (Port Colborne, Ontario), who passed away on July 23, 2026, at the age of 79. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Madsen and Clara Madsen; and his sister Kirstine Asher (Don). He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Ron (Laura) and Peggy-Jo; his grandchildren, Hannah, Seth (Sandra), Sarah and Luke; his brothers, Georg Madsen (Carolyn) and Niels Madsen (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Delores Goddard (late Bill), Debbie Cummings (late Ron), Lorna Horner (Mike) and Lorne Ellis (Margaret). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
