He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam and Irene; and his brothers, Roy, Bill, Bud and Dick.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his sons, Robert (Sandra) and Jeffrey (Susan); his grandchildren, Findlay and Annelise; his brother Neil (Diane); and his sisters-in-law, Karen, Mary Carol and Veronica. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (135 Clarence St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3G4). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Morgan's Point Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family would like memorial donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
