He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Thompson; his stepchildren, Troy Soper, Rory Soper and Ashley Soper; his siblings, Ted Thompson (Cindy) and Brenda Thompson; his parents-in-law, Peggy Peckitt, Wendell Grant and Ida Grant; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Holmes and Rick Grant (Sandy); and his nieces and nephews, Derek Thompson, Sarah Winters (Nick), Myranda McIver, Stacey Dumont (Michel), Melissa McIver and Jeremy McGilvery. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
