He is survived by: his spouse Anita; his children, Steven, Carol, Kevin, Pam, John, Ellen and Richard; his grandchildren, Mike, Tim, Nick, Joey, Eric, Gabriel, Gregory, Martine, Kaz, Adam, Olivia, Chris and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Emerald, Chloe, Zachary, Sebby and Theo; and his brother David.
