He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kelba and Caroline Kelba (Elaschuk). He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Brett, Lisa and Jody (Cyndi); his grandchildren, Taylor and Aidan; and his brothers, Garry and Robert. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
