He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Hoover and Marjorie Peace of Hoover's Marina; and his brother Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Traci Kelly (Neil); his grandchildren, Ethan and Ava; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Panko (Mary) and Anne Gregorinski (late Peter). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thompson Waters Funeral Home (102 First Ave Port Dover, Port Dover, ON N0E1N0). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thompson Waters Funeral Home Chapel (102 First Ave Port Dover, Port Dover, ON N0E1N0).
