She was predeceased by : her husband John Michael Salyi; her parents, Joseph Balga and Harminna Balga; and her siblings, Joseph Balga and Betty Dobo.
She is survived by : her sons, John Salyi (Frances) of Simcoe and Bill Salyi of Simcoe; her granddaughters, Erica and Alicia; her great grandchild Luke; and her sister-in-law Mary Grissom. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
