Jean Collins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Collins (Port Dover, Ontario), who passed away on November 15, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Collins to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her former life partner Art Collins; her husband John Kozmik; her brother Henry Douglas; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Douglas and Albert Collins.

She is survived by : her daughter Darlene Fehrman (Darryl) of Jarvis; her grandchildren, Darralynn (Leroy), Jill (Chad) and Ian (Christi); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Daylon, Jordyn, Liam, Kane, Bryce and Jase; her brother George (Margorie) of British Columbia; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Collins and Weyburn Collins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate Jean's life will take place at the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday November 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. For those wishing, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
