He was predeceased by: his father Jerry. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda (Bryan); his grandson Ryder; his siblings, Brian (Heather) and Jane Henderson (Jane); and his wife Tracy Bates. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
