He is survived by: his father Wolfgang "Charley" Urbanek; his grandmother Lotte Urbanek; his nieces and nephews, Leandra Urbanek (Travis Sanford) and Dawson Urbanek (Tegan Vanderhoek); his aunts, Rosita Keetch (Cecil Frank) and Doreen Jursa (Ed Jursa); his cousin Amber Wessel (Steve Wessel); and his close friend Sass.
