We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Laura Mae McDonald (Port Elgin, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Dana McDonald (Pierre Desloges), Heather (Paul Wild), Glen McDonald (Maura) and Carol McDonald (Dennis Wilke); her grandchildren, Natalie, Kaitlyn, Madison, Eva, Callaway, Billy, Kian and Ethan; her parents, Muriel Gowan and Neil Gowan; and her siblings, Bob Gowan (Sue), David Gowan (Barb) and Dianne Gowan (Darrel Laviolette).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Port Elgin United Church (840 Bruce St, Port Elgin, ON N0H2C2). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
