The passing of Lynne Thompson (Port Elgin, Ontario) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 21, 2025 at the age of 77. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Dan Thompson (Jeannette); her siblings, Janice Turner, Gail Ferrier, Vicky Schmidt, John Turner and Walter Turner; and her parents, Hugh Turner and Evelynne Turner.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Thompson; her children, Terry Thompson (Jenni Graham) and Tammy Connelly (Rob); and her siblings, Eleanor Huffman of Chesley, Iris Smith of Elmira, Milton Turner (Arlene) of Whitechurch and Hugh Turner (Marion) of Guelph.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lakeshore Recreation Club (1177 Goderich St, Port Elgin, ON N0H2C3). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In her memory, donations may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Canada or Grey Bruce Hospice Foundation.
