It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Kraft (Port Elgin, Ontario), who passed away on October 25, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margaret Kraft to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard; her children, Tom and Pam; her grandchildren, Emily (Phil), Simon (Jasmine), Emmett and Mya; her siblings, Millie Buehlow, Merle Haase, Janet Janzen and Katherine McKeand; and her pet Lucy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the T. A. Brown Port Elgin Chapel (510 Mill St, Port Elgin, ON N0H2C0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (525 Ivings Dr, Port Elgin, ON N0H2C1). During the pandemic isolation period, Mom quickly realized she could attend multiple church services on Sunday, enjoying her own church service and at least 2 or 3 others from Kitchener, New Hamburg or Port Elgin from the comfort of her recliner.
