He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton Jacques and Catherine Jacques. He is survived by: his siblings, Suzanne Jacques (Jim Wade), Dianne "Mini" Jacques and Bill Jacques; and his siblings' children, Nikki, David and Thomas (TJ). He is also survived by his family, friends.
