She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Cook. She is survived by: her children, Stuart (Debi) and Patricia (late Dean Bosnell); her grandchildren, Ashley (Graham), Kimberly (Patrick), Tyler (Lauren), Bryce (Nancy), Rich (Stephanie), Ryan, Deana (Roger), Cindy (late Stephen) and Jamie (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Alice, Tommy, Owen, Paige, Lennon, Porter, Lila, Charlie, Reagan, Dane, Blake, Broc, Quinlan (Ben), Dalton, Rebecca (Christian), Gracie, Wilder and Meadow.
