She was predeceased by: her husband Dean Ramsey; and her son-in-law Frank Jolicoeur. She is survived by: her siblings, Ron Doyon (Cathy), Evelyn Lawless and Susan Campbell; her children, Ron Jubenville (Janet Holden), Marg Macfarlane (Doug), Russ Jubenville (Pam) and Beth Jolicoeur; her grandchildren, Michelle Venne (Marc), Greg Jubenville (Jessika), Scott Jubenville, Jenn Macfarlane (Brandon Livingston) and Evan Jolicoeur (Lauren Hudson); and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Addison Venne and Jenna Jubenville. She is also survived by extended family members, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Catharine Ramsey Memorial Fund at the Canadian Retinoblastoma Society.
