He was loved and cherished by many people including: his nephew Scott Thompson; his father Curtis Thompson; his wife Louise Florent; his mother Marion Thompson; his daughters, Laura Nicholson (Ty) and Karen Thompson (Nick Brown); his grandson Liam Nicholson; his siblings, Lee Brown (David), Craig Thompson (Irene) and Philip Thompson (Liz); his stepdaughters, Michelle Hauser (Mark) and Kim McGinley (Bill); his stepgrandson Joseph; and his former wife Judi Thompson. He was also cherished by his five nieces.
