He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara I. Dick and David Dick Jr.. He is survived by: his friend Gladys Magg; his sister Flavia Ormond; his brother-in-law John Ormond; and also, Adrian Grant, Jocelyn Ormond, Emily Cozens, Ursula Walker, David Walker, Richard Boyle, Francesca Fullerton, Penelope Newsome, Fiona Ratui, Alexander, Andrew, Pam Newman, David Newman, Christine Newman, Bessie and Adelaide.
