David Whiston Obituary

David Whiston (Port Hope, Ontario), born on January 16, 1933 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, passed away on October 3, 2026. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marjory Beryl Whiston (Hirst) and Norman Herbert Whiston; his siblings, Mindy, Bill and Joy; his children, Keith (Crystal), Day, Marlene and Bethune; Alex and Jerica. He was also cherished by his children, 8 grandchildren and his brother.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Port Hope United Church (34 South St, Port Hope, ON L1A3C7). Mom went to live with Julianna and her family in Montreal during COVID after she broke her leg and it became difficult for Dad to care for her.
