With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Rowe (Port Hope, Ontario), who passed away on November 17, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Rowe; his grandson Jeffrey Pemberton; and his brother Doug Rowe (Lois). He is survived by: his children, Debbie Pemberton (Dave), Gary Rowe (Dawn) and Faye Taylor (Chris); his grandchildren, Derek Pemberton (Brooke), Amy Pemberton (Jason), Lisa Mason (Ryan), Janet Beebe (Jeremy) and Sarah Plumley (Jason); and his siblings, Ed (Diane) and Florence O'Connell (Neil). He is also survived by his 8 great grandchildren.
