It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Kenneth Towes (Port Hope, Ontario), who passed away on November 27, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Towes; and his brothers, Jack and Jim (Shirley). He is survived by: his sons, Kevin (Julia) and Colin Towes; his grandsons, Nathan and Joshua; his siblings, Marlean Chambers (Glen) and Joe-Anne; and his friend Kathy McKeen (late Llyod).
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Welcome Cemetery (200 Toronto Rd, Port Hope, ON L1A0B5). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Masonic Lodge 54 (54 Toronto Rd, Port Hope, ON L1A3R9).
In lieu of flowers donations to the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
