We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2025, at the age of 62, Jerry Addison Siebarth of Port Hope, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother June Siebarth. He is survived by: his father Jack Siebarth; his wife Gwen (Victoria); his sister Gail (Joe); his children, Heather and Jonathan (Hannah); his granddaughters, Addison, Belle and Sadie; and his nephews, Rory (Jessica) and Riley (Missy).
In lieu of flowers, please consider bringing a pair of children or youth pajamas to the visitation or making a donation in his name through Tammy Staples at the Port Hope Police Service to continue his loving legacy.
