We bid farewell to Joseph Weaver (Port Hope, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 6, 2024. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Kaaren; and his children, Dan (Jennifer), Colleen, Brenda (Domenic) and Christine.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Northumberland Hills Hospital Palliative Care Unit, https://nhhfoundation.ca a donor for many years to the community hospital, this was a cause close to Ken's heart.
