Marla Mae LaFrance Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marla Mae LaFrance of Port Hope, Ontario, who passed away on December 30, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jim; her parents, Ronald Forde and Myrtle Forde; and her siblings, Donna and Ronald Joseph.
She is survived by: her sons, Darrell, Robin, David and Jamie; her daughters-in-law, Alison, Terry, Lori and Kathy; and her sister Gloria. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home (30 King St E, Cobourg, ON K9A1K7).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
