He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy McMurtrie. He is survived by: his children, Aubrey Andrus (Adam) and Jason McMurtrie (Chris); his grandchildren, Isaac Andrus and Hayley Andrus; his siblings, Susan Watt and Charlie McMurtrie; and his close friend Jo-Anne Koetje (Tom).
