We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2018, Shea Kloosterhof (Port Hope, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Neal Kloosterhof and Siobhan Kloosterhof; and his brothers, Chase, Eli, Cameron and Owen. He was also cherished by his grandparents, and his extended family.
