He is survived by: his wife Karen Acenberg; his sons, Steven of Port Loring and Justin Brooks of Port Loring; his parents, Marion Brooks (Robertson) and Clifford Brooks; and his pets, Smeege, Bilbo and Justice. He is also survived by four siblings.

Todd died peacefully, at his home in Port Loring, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, after a long struggle with Parkinson's Disease.
