In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Michael Joseph leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Michael Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Mooney (Robin). He is survived by: his wife Loretta of Port Perry; his children, Joanne (Warren Keeler) and Patrick Mooney; his grandsons, Nolan and Grant; and his sisters, Bernadette (Marty Buldyke) and Rose Drozdibob (late Walter). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wagg Funeral Home (216 Queen St, Port Perry, ON L9L1B9). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (1710 Scugog St, Port Perry, ON L9L1E2).
