He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Donald Forsyth and Margaret Rosalia Ryan; his wife Beverley; his children, Dale (Edie) and Shelly (Ernie); his grandchildren, Cody (Brianna), Brittany, Thomas (Emily), Natasha (Blair) and Jordan (Mel); his great grandchildren, Tyler, Lydia, Nixon and Remy; and his siblings, Larry, Betty Lou and Hugh Junior.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wagg Funeral Home (216 Queen St, Port Perry, ON L9L1B9). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry.
