He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald J. Blanchard and Joyce Blanchard; and his brother Murray Blanchard. He is survived by : his children, Chris (Amanda), Dave, Steve and Danielle; his grandchildren, Brody, Rylan, Kaydence, Blake and Grayson; and his siblings, Tod (Heather), Kim (Doug Dixon), Lee (Wally Fleury), Lori (Bruce Spragg), Nancy (Harold Eusebio), Grant (Susan) and Tracy.
