Shirley Irene George Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Irene George of Port Perry, Ontario, who passed away on March 18, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ewart Anthony and Jenny Anthony; and her husband Vern. She is survived by: her sons, Owen Vern George and David Stephen George; her grandchildren, Michael, Kristen George, Lisa and Jeffrey Crosier; her great grandchildren, Brock, Coen Crosier, Avery and Bethany George; and her siblings, Jean (Wilson), Marion (Douglas), John, Eleanor (Toots Bailey), Joyce (Hennessey) and Donald (Bud).
