He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rien, Dinie, Nannie and Anneke. He is survived by: his sons, Paul (Carolyn), Robert (Tanya), Eric (Berthy), Jeffrey and Mark (Tracey); his grandchildren, Michael, Erica, Madeleine, Petra, Peter, Avery, Paisley, Ben and Connor; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Jasmine, Daniella, Lucas, Owen, Brooklyn, Evelyn, Henry and Arthur; and his siblings, Gerard, Leida and Piet.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (1710 Scugog St, Port Perry, ON L9L1E2). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to Alzheimer Society of Canada or Autism Ontario.
