He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Lewis and Norberta Marie King (Hipkin); and his siblings, Doreen King, Diana King, Denise King, David King and Gerald King.

He is survived by : his stepchildren, Janessa Fitzpatrick (Harry Mackintosh) of Thailand and Abigail Fitzpatrick of Port Dover; his siblings, Donald King (Donna), Theresa (Teri), Cook (Jim), Mary Lou King, Susan Edwards (late Rick), Lawrence King (Sandra), Christine King, Cecilia Findlay and Adrian King (Elena); and his father-in-law Bob Lindsay of Simcoe.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Simcoe & District Humane Society or the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
