He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Parliament (Anderson); his son Paul; his parents, William Parliament and Marie Parliament (Maheu); his siblings, Leonard (Vivian Parliament) and Judith Parliament; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Parliament and Gordon Pearce.
He is survived by: his sons, Marc (Linda) of Victoria, B. C. and David (Sam) of Woodstock; his grandchildren, Prairie, Patrick, Christina, Hailey, Ben, Christopher and Leenah; his great grandchild Paisley; and his siblings, Bill, Donald (Wendy), Clayton (Linda), Mona (Karl McAllen), Margaret (Brian Duquette) and Mary Pearce. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of Flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation , Canadian National Autism Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
