Richard Eugene Soper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2026, at the age of 86, Richard Eugene Soper (Port Rowan, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandson Nathan Wale; his friend Toby; and his parents, Jesse Soper and Lillian Soper. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Steven Soper (Laurian) and Pam Coon (Glenn); his grandchildren, Tarian Best-Wale (Mike), Jessica Grant (Jordon), Bronte Soper, Alex Coon (Ashley) and Tori Coon (Nish); his great grandchildren, Jacob Wale, Nolan Wale, Amara Grant, Kennedy Coon and Callahan Coon; his brother Tom Soper (Kit); his brother-in-law Craig Travis; his close friends, Bea, Fitz and Willow; Joanne Orchard (Glenn) and Janet Peters. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1048 Bay St, Port Rowan, ON N0E1M0.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Center or the Global Shore Opportunity would be appreciated by her family.
