He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon and Sadie; his brothers, Wayne, Murray and Don; his sister-in-law Janet; his father-in-law Pat Chambers; and his brother-in-law Bob Boyd.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Quick (Chambers); his children, Kevin, Julie Quick of London and Michelle Quick of St. Thomas; his grandchildren, Elaina, Clayton, Claire, Cameryn and Madelyn; his siblings, Larry (Jane) and Susie Boyd of Simcoe; his sister-in-law Margaret Quick of Ilderton; his mother-in-law Darlene Chambers of St. Thomas; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Chambers of Houghton, John and Shanye Chambers of Burks Falls.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home (36 Front Rd, Port Rowan, ON N0E1M0). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Port Rowan Legion (12 Centre St, Port Rowan, ON N0E1M0). A burial was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery (52 Concession St, Walsingham, ON N0E1X0).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Alzheimer's Society or the Port Rowan Legion would be appreciated by the family.
