He is survived by: his girlfriend Jennifer Davis; his children, Sherry Welch (Jimmy Cookson), Andrew Welch and Emily Welch; his grandson Tyler Eaton (Kayla); his close friend Jerome; and his siblings, Jim Welch (Sue), Wayne Welch, Randy Welch and Cindy Welch.
