Margaret Beryl Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Beryl Smith of Port Sydney, Ontario, who passed away on June 10, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jack Skinner and Nona Skinner; her siblings, John, Tim, Ted, Walter, Mary and Nora; her husband Ron Smith; her children, John (Frances Wilbur), Carolyn and Susan Fisher (Matt); her grandchildren, Sam, Martha, Ben and Tori; and her family, Nora Skinner, Jerilyn Roycroft, Darian and Lesley of Milk.
A Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church (12 Centre St N, Huntsville, ON P1H2C2). A reception will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stephenson Memorial Cemetery (280 Muskoka Rd 10, Port Sydney, ON P0B1L0).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Alzheimer Society of Muskoka in Margaret's memory.
