He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bruce O'Prey and Ann McInrue. He is survived by: his children, Cassandra, Natasha and Andrew; and his siblings, Beryl Seward (Jack) of Smiths Falls, Don O'Prey (Diane) of Harrisburg, PA and Bernard O'Prey (late Patricia) of Smiths Falls. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Emmanuel Anglican Cemetery.
