He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann (Smith); and his parents, Evelyn Cook (Grimm) and Lawrence Cook. He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan of Commanda Lake and Tyler (Shawna) of Callander; and his granddaughters, Chloe and Kayla.
