She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Howie; and her brother David Taylor (late Mary). She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Howie of Comox, BC and Margaret McIntyre (Alex) of Powassan; her grandchildren, Andrew, Cameron and Alexander; her great grandchildren, Rebecca and Jacob; and her niece Patricia Small.
