With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Christopher Stephen Ferris (Powassan, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Christopher left this world on July 7, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Robert Ferris and Julie Etta Ferris; and his sisters, Stephanie and Patricia Ann. He is survived by: his siblings, Peter, Patrick (Mireille) and Lynne Ferris-Holmes (Harwood); his nieces and nephews, Peter, Jonathan, Jason, Matthew, Stephanie and Chantal; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler, Tristan, Ben, Neo, Brianna, Olivia and Nicole; and also, Mckenzie, Bradley and Oliver.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Average Joes Restaurant.
In memory of Chris, donations to the North Bay Humane Society or the Nipissing Serenity Hospice will be greatly appreciated.
