He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Lavoie and Emma Lavoie; his wife Edna Lavoie; and his siblings, Fernand (late Lucette), Anita Renaud (late Albert) and Conrad.
He is survived by: his daughter Pauline Dobert (Bill); his grandchildren, Tanner and Brandan McCulloch; and his sisters, Vicky Francoeur (Rheal) of Montreal, Helene Lavoie of Sturgeon Falls and Yolande Gauvreau (late Gilles) of Gatineau. He is also survived by his sisters, nieces and nephews.
